While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the hotel was in a questionable area, with incidents of drug activity near the parking lot. The couch had blood stains and was broken, and I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay. Although the reception staff was friendly and accommodating, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, especially with broken elevators and an unwelcoming atmosphere.

I stayed here for a quick visit to the nearby museum and found the mattress to be incredibly comfortable, making my rest enjoyable. The breakfast was decent, with a nice variety like bagels and breakfast sandwiches, which helped kick start my day. However, the elevator and some common areas could use a good cleaning, and I also noticed a slight odor in the lobby. Altogether, it was a satisfactory stay for my needs.

I felt so welcomed by the friendly night staff. they were exceptionally accommodating to my requests! The King Room was immaculately clean and superbly quiet, a perfect retreat for relaxation. I loved the comfortable bed, which made my two-night stay feel like a luxurious getaway!

It was just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Rochester with value for money. The breakfast was ok, which was a nice surprise. Watch out for the dirty common areas and noisy environment.
